Lunar Arcana I Mansions 1–7
Lunar Arcana II Mansions 8–14
Lunar Arcana III Mansions 15–21
Lunar Arcana IV Mansions 22–28 Every card gets a full entry. Here's an example.
The First Split. The signal that begins. The decision that turns potential into action.
Before: The first mansion marks the horns of Aries, the start of the zodiacal year. In the Picatrix, Al-Sharatain is invoked for beginnings, for journeys, for the destruction of enemies through the power of first action. The Arabic name means 'the Two Signs', the twin stars of Beta and Gamma Arietis, the first visible markers of the ecliptic's start.
Upright: The time has come to begin. You have been waiting for conditions to be perfect. They will never be perfect. This card signals that the decision itself is the catalyst. Courage is not the absence of fear; it is the first step taken despite fear.
Reversed: False starts. You begin and stop, begin and stop, burning initiation energy without completing the arc. Or worse, you refuse to decide at all, waiting for a sign that has already arrived.
The Instruction: Begin. The conditions will never be perfect. The sign you are waiting for is this card.
The essential card reference. Every one of the 100 cards gets its full entry: the band, the glyph, the before and current meanings, the frequency, the upright and reversed readings, the carrier, and the instruction. The introduction and how-to-use open the book; the spreads and deck statistics close it.
Part One lays the foundations: what the deck is, the 100-band spectrum, the six houses, the three operations, and the inharmony function. Part Two walks the 72 Solar Arcana house by house — the domain, the progression, and how to read each. Part Three covers the 28 Lunar Mansions. Part Four teaches seven reading styles, from the 3-card Opening to the 10-card Celestial Cross. The complete card reference closes the book, with appendices: the band map, frequency correspondences, the three operations and the correction, a glossary, and further reading.
Center: The card that IS you.
Above: What's flowing in.
Below: What's flowing out.
Left: The block.
Right: The release.
Crown: The lunar influence.
Root: The solar instruction.
A 3×3 grid. Each row and column is read. Intersections reveal how bands interact. The deck is not what card you draw — it's what card touches what.
